Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, iDEAL (Netherlands), bank transfer and other secure EU-approved payment options. All payments are processed through encrypted connections.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@teaandbotanicalco.com with your order number.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the EU and to selected international destinations. If your country is not shown at checkout, please email us for assistance.

How long will delivery take?
Netherlands: usually 1–3 business days.
EU countries: typically 3–7 business days.
International: 5–10 business days, depending on customs.
These time frames are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. All prices include applicable VAT.

Can I return my order?
Yes. Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your goods without giving any reason.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To exercise this right, email us at support@teaandbotanicalco.com within 14 days and we will provide return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where required by law.

Are your products organic?
All of our own teas and botanicals are made with certified organic ingredients unless otherwise stated. Any product that is not certified will be clearly labeled.

Are your teas gluten-free and non-GMO?
Pure tea leaves (Camellia sinensis) are naturally gluten-free and non-GMO. Blends or flavoured products are checked to remain gluten-free and non-GMO unless clearly stated otherwise.

Do you sell products from other companies?
Yes. Alongside our own imports, we also offer carefully selected teas and botanicals from trusted Dutch and international partners that meet our quality and sustainability standards.
