Description
A classic rock oolong from the rugged cliffs of the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China. Rou Gui (literally “cassia cinnamon”) is celebrated for its warm, spicy-aromatic profile, combined with a mineral backbone from the Yancha (rock tea) terroir. The medium roast lends notes of cinnamon bark, roasted fruit, dark honey, and subtle charcoal, while later infusions reveal floral and woody undertones. This tea delivers a rich, lingering finish—perfect for contemplative sips or multiple infusions.
